On behalf of myself and my wife, Ekaterina Khvedelidze, I congratulate the Patriarch on the anniversary of his enthronement, Bidzina Ivanishvili, Honorary Chairman of the Georgian Dream, writes in his congratulatory message dedicated to Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II.
