During the presidency of Mikheil Saakashvili, South Ossetia was experiencing state terrorism from Georgia, - the so-called foreign minister of the occupied Tskhinvali, Akhsar Dzhioev, stated in an interview with the Russian media.
According to him, during Saakashvili’s rule, Georgia exerted enormous pressure on the so-called “republic”.
According to the Russian media, he named the creation of an interim administration by the Georgian government as an example of this policy.
“The country was, in fact, in a state of terrorism, which was carried out by Georgia,” Dzhioev said.
