Shalva Papuashvili - We hear statements that Ukraine is the front line of the European front, but we do not see a single European soldier - if the European Union says that it is the front line, let it go to the trenches and stand by it

We hear statements that Ukraine is the front line of the European front, but we can’t see any European soldiers. Why? If it is the front line of the European Union, why aren’t they fighting? - the Speaker of the Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, told journalists.

According to Papuashvili, the European Union “is consistent in ensuring its own security through the hands of Ukrainians.”

"We hear statements that Ukraine is the front line of the European front, but we can’t see any European soldiers. Why? If it is the front line of the European Union, why aren't they fighting? Why don't we see French, Lithuanian, Estonian soldiers? Why aren't they fighting there, what are they hiding? They say that if we get involved, NATO should be activated - no NATO will be activated, especially given the current circumstances. No one prevents Estonia from saying: "Dear NATO, I'm going to war, don't worry about me, don't activate the fifth point." Why aren't the Estonians, Lithuania, Latvia still fighting? They help - they give money, why, why don't they want blood to be shed.

Many countries in the European Union say that this is the front line of the European Union's defense and the battle is going there. Yes, Georgians are fighting too, why aren't Estonians and Latvians fighting? Why isn't the state getting involved? Why isn't the Estonian state sending its battalions?

Why can't Ukraine win this war? The main problem is manpower, they themselves say so. Forced mobilization has been declared in Ukraine to recruit troops, they lack people, and this is a well-known fact. The Ukrainian and, among them, American authorities are also saying that manpower is a problem for Ukraine and that they should help it. If the European Union says that this is its front line, then let it go, sit in the trenches and support it," Papuashvili said.
