Salome Zurabishvili - In Paris, at a meeting with the EBU President, we discussed the grave situation at Georgia’s Public Broadcaster

The fifth President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, stated that she met with the President of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), Delphine Ernotte, in Paris.

According to her, the meeting discussed the grave situation at the Georgian Public Broadcaster.

“Met with EBU President Delphine Ernotte on the grave situation at Georgia’s Public Broadcaster: program closures, political persecution of journalists, and an anti-European narrative violating EBU standards. Shared a detailed document by GPB staff,” Zurabishvili writes on X.
