Salome Zurabishvili: Three citizens arrested for standing on the sidewalk - state repression in action

Terror in Georgia - three citizens were arrested today just for standing on the sidewalk, signaling that state repression is in effect, wrote Georgia’s fifth president, Salome Zurabishvili, on the social media platform X.

“Three citizens have been jailed today just for standing on the sidewalk. No crime. No evidence. Only a captured judiciary enforcing political terror. State repression in action,” Zurabishvili stated.
