March - “Defend Education” underway from Philharmonic Hall to Parliament

A march called “Defend Education” is underway from the Philharmonic Hall to the Parliament.

Demonstrators are protesting the education system reform planned by the Georgian Dream.

Professors and students are participating in the protest.

The organizers of the march announced that on January 31, at 1:00 PM, a forum called “Defend Education” will be held at Expo Georgia under the leadership of the fifth President, Salome Zurabishvili.

The march participants are carrying the Georgian flag. They are also carrying banners with the inscriptions: “Knowledge is power!”, “Our knowledge is not for sale!”

Finally, the rally will traditionally continue near the Parliament.
