Government allocates 564,625 GEL from reserve fund to finance costs related to liquidation of former South Ossetian administration

The relevant decision is reflected in the decree of Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.

According to the document, the municipalities of Gori, Kaspi, Kareli and Khashuri will receive this amount.

"The Ministry of Finance of Georgia shall allocate 564,625 (five hundred and sixty-four thousand six hundred and twenty-five) GEL from the Reserve Fund of the Government of Georgia, as provided for in the Law of Georgia “On the State Budget of Georgia for 2026”, to the State Governor’s Administration in Gori, Kaspi, Kareli and Khashuri municipalities, to finance the expenses related to the liquidation of the former South Ossetian administration”, reads the document The Georgian government has allocated 564,625 GEL from the reserve fund to finance expenses related to the liquidation of the former South Ossetian administration.
