Irakli Kobakhidze speaks with Ilham Aliyev by phone and “expresses concern” over drone attack in Nakhchivan

Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze spoke by phone with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the press service of the Government of Georgia reports.

The Head of Government expressed concern regarding the drone attack in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Irakli Kobakhidze expressed solidarity and wished a speedy recovery to the citizens injured in the incident.

The parties emphasized the strategic partnership between the two countries, close political relations and the special importance of maintaining peace and stability in the region,” reads the information.
