According to the National Food Agency, within the framework of the domestic animal overpopulation management program, only 17 animals remain at the Kutaisi shelter from those transferred there from Zugdidi for veterinary procedures; these animals will be returned to Zugdidi today.

The agency also reports that, in addition to Zugdidi, dogs have already been returned to their original environment in Abasha (5 dogs) and Vani (3 dogs).
