Business and Technology University is establishing a new partnership with Junior Achievement Georgia, one of the world’s oldest and Europe’s leading organizations focused on advancing digital and entrepreneurial education for young people. This partnership expands opportunities for youth while further strengthening practical, future-oriented approach to education aligned with market demands.
Since 2002, Junior Achievement Georgia has been actively supporting the delivery of entrepreneurship education programs in Georgia. It serves as the local representative of JA Worldwide and its programs are recognized by the European Training Foundation (ETF), the European Commission and various international organizations.

In 2022, Junior Achievement Georgia became a partner member of the OECD’s International Network on Financial Education (INFE). Since 2018, it has also been an active member of the Financial Education Committee of the National Bank of Georgia, further underscoring its important role in advancing financial literacy in the country.
JA Worldwide was founded in 1919 and is a third-time nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2024. It is ranked 5th among the world’s most influential non-profit organizations. Its programs focus on developing young people’s employability, financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills.
The partnership between BTU and Junior Achievement Georgia aims to jointly develop innovative educational programs, introduce international best practices and strengthen practical skills among young people. Particular emphasis will be placed on the development of digital competencies, which are essential for success in today’s labor market.
This collaboration further enhances BTU’s capacity to deliver internationally aligned, practice-oriented education for children and youth, creating new opportunities for them in a global environment.
