The court found the politicians accused in connection with the events that took place near the Atoneli Palace on October 4 - Paata Burchuladze, Murtaz Zodelava, Irakli Nadiradze, Paata Manjgaladze, Lasha Beridze, Irakli Shaishmelashvili and five other individuals - Irakli Chkhvirkia, Guri Zhvania, Nika Gventsadze and Tornike Mchedlishvili - guilty.
By the decision of Judge Irakli Khuskivadze, Lasha Beridze was sentenced to 7 years in prison, Murtaz Zodelava to 7 years, Paata Burchuladze to 7 years, Irakli Nadiradze to 7 years, Paata Manjgaladze to 7 years, Tornike Mchedlishvili to 5 years, Guri Zhvania to 5 years, Nika Gventsadze to 5 years, Irakli Chkhvirkia to 5 years, and Irakli Shaishmelashvili to 2 years.
