Georgian Dream puppet Prime Minister has accused Marco Rubio of lying, this is outrageous, - Congressman Joe Wilson (Republican Party) writes on the social network.

“The puppet Georgian Dream PM has accused our excellent and honorable Secretary of State Secretary Rubio of lying. This is outrageous. Georgia is infiltrated by Iran, China & Russia – its behavior must change! - Wilson writes.

For information, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, in response to a question from Republican Congressman Joe Wilson about Georgia, stated: “They asked us what would it take to have better relations with the United States. We’ve responded, and hopefully, we will build on that basis and maybe change not only the trajectory of our relationship with Georgia, but also their behavior.”

In response to a question about the aforementioned statement, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated that no such a question has ever been asked.

“We have the message that we have stated publicly,” Kobakhidze replied.

When asked by a journalist, "Is Rubio lying?", Kobakhidze said:

"No, why lying? When a person speaks, he can say something with his own interpretation. I tell you with full responsibility that neither I nor any of my colleagues have asked such a question," - said Kobakhidze.
