We welcome the agreement reached on the Memorandum of Understanding between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran, - Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze says in a statement posted on the social network X.

The Prime Minister expressed hope that this step will lead to a durable resolution of the conflict.

“We commend the mediation efforts that contributed to creating the conditions necessary for this understanding to be achieved.

We remain hopeful that this important step will lead to the conclusion of a comprehensive peace agreement and the durable resolution of the conflict”, the PM said.
