Irakli Kupradze: Ivanishvili, Georgian Dream, People’s Power and Neutral Georgia are one gang of anti-Georgian, anti-national forces engaged in unbelievable madness

Ivanishvili, Georgian Dream, People’s Power and Neutral Georgia are one gang of anti-Georgian and anti-national forces! Ivanishvili brought Nana Kakabadze forward — a putschist whom Zviad Gamsakhurdia exposed, together with her group, as agents of the KGB and Russia, — Irakli Kupradze, one of the leaders of Lelo – Strong Georgia, said while discussing the witnesses questioned in the case against eight politicians charged in the so-called sabotage case.

According to him, sanctions will become even harsher if Ivanishvili decides to arrest opposition politicians.

Ivanishvili, Georgian Dream, People’s Power and Neutral Georgia are one gang of anti-Georgian and anti-national forces engaged in unbelievable madness.

What Ivanishvili has done is enough to tell the population everything they need to know. Bidzina Ivanishvili brought Nana Kakabadze forward — Nana Kakabadze, a putschist, a person whom Zviad Gamsakhurdia once exposed, together with her group, as agents of the KGB and Russia; Nana Kakabadze, who participated in a coup d’état; Nana Kakabadze, who was a close friend and fellow fighter of Jaba Ioseliani, is now complaining in Murusidze’s court that opposition political leaders allegedly wanted to overthrow Ivanishvili’s government.

Nana Kakabadze, who helped overthrow Zviad Gamsakhurdia’s government, is now persecuting Badri Japaridze, whose mandate was terminated at the time by Nana Kakabadze’s group — criminals such as Jaba Ioseliani and Tengiz Kitovani — in the 1990s. He was a member of the first convocation of Parliament and a signatory of the Act of Restoration of Independence.

A fair court cannot exist under Ivanishvili and Murusidze. This is not a legal process; it is clearly a political process. As for how Ivanishvili’s circus will end, it is very difficult to predict. We are expecting prison sentences and other types of decisions as well, because by launching this unfair and illegal political process, Ivanishvili has driven himself into a dead end.

If he decides to order arrests, Ivanishvili will receive a very serious response from the Western, developed democratic world. What he fears most is losing his money. He will definitely lose that money, and sanctions will become even harsher if he decides to make arrests. If he does not arrest them, he will then have to find a way out of this situation — and Ivanishvili will not be able to emerge from it without consequences either,” Kupradze said.
