Activist Tornike Toshkhua has been arrested.

Toshkhua was standing near the Tbilisi City Assembly holding a banner with an obscene inscription related to Bidzina Ivanishvili, and law enforcement officers arrested him at that very moment.

As Interpressnews was told by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Toshkhua has been detained under Article 166 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which refers to petty hooliganism.
