Georgia's Ministry of Regional Development will be abolished in September. Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze made the relevant statement at a briefing.
According to the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Regional Development of Georgia is losing its purpose under the conditions of the introduction of the position of State Minister for Regional Policy, and accordingly it will be abolished in September.
"The Minister of Regional Development, Kakha Guledani, will take the position of First Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Georgia," Kobakhidze said.
