The United National Movement is holding its 13th congress.

According to the party, from today, the National Movement will switch to horizontal governance. In particular, the party's temporary governing council will be elected at today's congress, and the elections for the party chairman will be held directly after 6 months. Also, another novelty in the National Movement will be that party members will pay a membership fee and help the party in the form of donations.

In addition, the National Movement's Reform Council will begin its work, with Mikheil Saakashvili as its chairman and Nanuka Zhorzholiani as its executive secretary.

It is worth noting that before that, the National Movement held a meeting of the political council, which the acting chairwoman of the party, Tinatin Bokuchava, did not attend, although Bokuchava came to the congress today.
