According to the new plan of the "deep state", their local agents should do everything to ensure that Russian tourists no longer come to Georgia, which should ultimately end with the Russian government, allegedly due to Russophobic sentiments in Georgia, suspending all economic relations with our country, - Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated at the briefing held at the government administration.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, the goal of all this, like the opening of a second front and joining the sanctions imposed on Russia, is to collapse the Georgian economy, incite hostility between nations, and lead the processes to a military conflict.

"If in 2022, at the beginning of the war in Ukraine, on the instructions of the "deep state", local radical agents called on the government to open a second front and send volunteers to Ukraine, while at the same time foreign agents offered Georgia to "walk" with military force in Sokhumi and Tskhinvali, according to the new plan of the "deep state", their local agents should do everything to ensure that Russian tourists no longer come to Georgia, which should ultimately end with the Russian government, allegedly due to Russophobic sentiments in Georgia, suspending all economic relations with our country. The goal of all this, like the opening of a second front and joining the sanctions imposed on Russia, is to collapse the Georgian economy, incite hostility between nations, and lead the processes to a military conflict, which, in our case, will lead to the extreme weakening and destruction of Georgia,” said Irakli Kobakhidze.

According to him, no matter what the “deep state” plan is, “we must not allow political disagreements, political mistakes made in the past, or the plan of the global war party to drag Georgia into the war and open a second front with Russia to become the basis for hostility between peoples.”

As Kobakhidze noted, maintaining relations between societies and peaceful coexistence is much more important than any political conjuncture or specific plans of informal oligarchic forces in relation to specific states.

"Caution is especially important in terms of not damaging the existing ties between peoples. We should not forget that many mixed families live both in Georgia and in Russia. Also, a large Georgian diaspora lives in Russia, and in Georgia - a large number of people of Russian origin. Therefore, no matter what the plan of the "deep state" is, we should not allow political disagreements, political mistakes made in the past, or the plan of the global war party to drag Georgia into the war and open a second front with Russia to become the basis for hostility between peoples, because maintaining relations between societies and peaceful coexistence is much more important than any political conjuncture or a specific plan of informal oligarchic forces in relation to specific states," - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
