I will die in front of the Prosecutor’s Office, I will spend the night there, every Monday I will be there and I will die there until I achieve justice, – this was stated by the mother of the deceased programmer Tamar Bachaliashvili, Teona Tamazashvili, after leaving the Prosecutor’s Office.

“They were interested in whether we knew any new circumstances so that they could thoroughly cover them up, just as they covered up everything else. How can I confront such a large system with bare hands? How many people should I create problems for if someone provides me with any information – I cannot say, so as not to create problems for them and so that they too are not portrayed as frauds. So much injustice has come up to my throat.

They have thrown me off balance in every way. They are not returning the computer to me,” Teona Tamazashvili stated.

According to Tamar Bachaliashvili’s father, Jumber Bachaliashvili, his child was killed and he cannot find justice.

“There is no such injustice in any country. They do not want, while they are still alive, to investigate this case. Who stands behind this? The fact is visible on the palm of the hand that they killed my child and they are not investigating this case,” Jumber Bachaliashvili stated.

For information, the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia is releasing a statement regarding the case of the deceased programmer Tamar Bachaliashvili. As stated in the statement, the evidence obtained by the investigation has made it clear that no crime was committed against Tamar Bachaliashvili, and the joint, consistent and logical analysis of the evidence existing in the case irrefutably confirms that she ended her life by suicide. As the Prosecutor’s Office states, the demand for the initiation of a repeated investigation into the case is devoid of any legal basis.
