Irakli Nadiradze: I have no intention of—nor will I even consider—entering into a plea bargain or requesting a pardon from Ivanishvili’s Russian, autocratic regime!

Not a single step back; the fight continues to the very end! This statement comes from Irakli Nadiradze, a leader of the National Movement who was convicted in connection with the October 4 protest rally.

As the imprisoned politician notes, "There is strength in unity."

"You already know my position on this matter, but I will state it once more:

I have absolutely no intention—nor will I even consider—entering into a plea bargain or requesting a pardon from Ivanishvili’s Russian, autocratic regime! Not a single step back; the fight continues to the very end!

One year of the unjust seven-year sentence has already passed. Throughout the remaining six years—confined within four walls as I am—I will continue to fight alongside you, to the best of my ability, for our country’s dignity, freedom, and European future!

In the end, we will prevail! There is strength in unity! I love you all and thank you deeply for standing by me, my family, and my children, and for your support," writes Nadiradze.
