As Abashishvili says in his statement posted on the social network, today Giorgi Margvelashvili will see his application of resignation.

“I am very proud that the President trusted me so much. I want to thank the fourth President of Georgia - my closest friend”, Abashishvili says.

According to him, his work in the Presidential Administration was very comfortable also due to the employees of the Presidential Administration who are highly professional staff.

“You excellently served your country. You were my foundation and peace during all events.. I am proud of you. I was lucky to meet and work with you…”, reads Abashishvil’s statement.
