Young woman dies from so-called “swine flu” in western Georgia

A 40-year-old woman died from so-called “swine flu” in Poti town, western Georgia. She was hospitalized with acute respiratory infection, pneumonia and breathing difficulties to the central clinical hospital and doctors failed to save her.

Reportedly, a total of 11 patients with respiratory infection symptoms are being treated in the clinic.

The decreased woman is the ninth person who died from H1N1 virus in Georgia during the current season.
