Citizens of Georgia to get “Tamiflu” free

Upon the decision of Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze, all citizens of Georgia will get antiviral medicine “Tamiflu” free of charge. As InterPressNews was informed by the Prime Minister’s Administration, the Prime Minister made the mentioned decision for prevention of the flu virus.

“Under the instruction of the Prime Minister, during a certain period of time - at the peak of flu season the Ministry of Health will provide "Tamiflu" to be free for everyone who has a doctor's prescription. The government's decision will significantly facilitate the reduction in the cases of the illness,” PM’s Administration said.
