Neighbors of a deceased 4-year-old child say the parents had been systematically abusing the child.

According to the neighbors, the child was seriously injured after being beaten by the parents, due to which, she was hospitalized.

The neighbors had repeatedly called police and notified the district inspector as well, though the 4-year-old girl was still living together with her parents and three siblings.

However, the grandmother of the victim denies the allegations of the neighbors and says the child died of flu.

Investigation has been launched into the case.
