Person accused of murdering 13-year-old nephew transferred to psychiatric establishment

Valeri Iremadze, a person accused of murdering a 13-year-old teenager, has been transferred from the temporary detention facility to the psychiatric establishment by the decision of doctors, - InterPressNews was told by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the agency, doctors examined the detainee and decided that he needed to be transferred to a psychiatric institution.

The murder occurred in the city of Rustavi yesterday. Valeri Iremadze killed his 13-year-old nephew.

Investigation is ongoing under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
