Pre-trial detention has been ordered for Zaal Lataria, who stands accused of keeping and spreading the video footage of private life.

The application of the pre-trial detention had been demanded by the prosecution, while the defense had been demanding the release of the detainee on 2,000 GEL bail.

Zaal Lataria was officially charged yesterday. The detainee denies the charges.
