Man arrested on suspicion of lewd act on minor
Police in Adjara region of Georgia detained one person (DoB 1990) for alleged lewd acts with an 8-year-old girl.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia told InterPressNews that an investigation was launched under Article 141 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, involving the commit of a lewd act with a minor.
The minor’s mother claim that a hotel owner repeatedly attempted to commit lewd acts with the 8-year-old girl at the hotel.
