Otar Tsnobiladze, director of Khiminj Service 2 LTD, who was arrested in connection with the death of two people at the construction site on Chavchavadze Avenue, has been sentenced to imprisonment by the Tbilisi City Court.

The defendant's lawyer filed a motion for Otar Tsnobiladze’s release on 10 000 GEL bail, but the judge denied the motion.

Otar Tsnobiladze was detained on charges of violation of safety norms during construction or other works after land collapsed and 2 workers died on Chavchavadze Avenue on March 31.
