Russian Senator: Georgia can now send its wine and water to NATO allies free of charge

Russian Senator Alexey Pushkov criticizes the Georgian government and supports the State Duma's proposal to introduce economic sanctions against Tbilisi.

According to him, the Georgian authorities missed a chance to apologize.

"I support the State Duma. We heard too much anti-Russian statements in Georgia, we saw the provocation of Rustavi 2 and attacks on our tourists. They can now send their wine and water to their NATO allies free of charge - I do not think they will pay for it. We should not tolerate this. They missed a chance to apologize," the Russian Senator tweeted.

Pushkov advised the Georgian citizens suffering from Russian sanctions "to blame their government."
