Parking will cost GEL 1 per hour on Kote Abkhazi and adjacent streets from today. Parking will be free only for 15 minutes and for residents of the mentioned streets.
Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze visited the information booth located on Kote Abkhazi Street with regard to the launch of the pilot project today and received consultation about parking.
The project is being implemented by the Tbilisi Transport Company, the staff of which will work in the zonal parking area and provide drivers with consultations both about the parking area and the payment machines.
The zonal parking area is divided into three zones - A, B, C. At this stage, zonal parking has been activated only on Kote Abkhazi and adjacent streets in a pilot mode.
