The state fulfills its positive social function with teachers, doctors, conscientious law enforcement officers; the budget of next year is based on this, - Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia stated at the meeting with teachers in Zugdidi.

The head of the government noted that the government was fully aware of the importance of the work done by teachers.

“We understand that you play the most important role in forming our next generation. The state has a direct obligation to make your daily efforts more efficient and productive for our next generation”, the PM said.

The PM also talked about the challenges in the field and encouraged teachers to talk openly about their problems.

“We are not just talking. You should directly talk about your problems and it is my job to respond to it”, the PM said.
