Traffic is prohibited for trucks on the Stepantsminda-Larsi road, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said on Monday.

The ministry noted that the movement is free for cars and buses.

According to Armenian media, about 250 vehicles are stopped on the Russian side.

The Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia told InterPressNews that Larsi customs checkpoint is working without delaying.

“There is no restriction on the Georgian side. The customs checkpoint is operating properly and smoothly, ”the agency said.
