Activists have placed a symbolic padlock on the fence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but law enforcers removed it a few minutes later.

“This is a protest against the illegality that the Ministry has been committing in recent years. Gakharia was one of the worst Interior Ministers and has committed numerous crimes.

With this performance we wanted to make it clear to the agency that what they do is illegal,” said one of the organizers of the performance, Zviad Kuprava.
