The Civil society "Save Life" is holding a counter-rally outside the parliament building.

Soso Robakidze, the father of Buta Robakidze, who was killed by a police officer in 2004, is also attending the rally. He said Vashadze, Bokeria and other leaders of the “National Movement” do not have the right to hold a protest rally.

There were verbal confrontations between the participants of the rally, organized by the opposition, and the participants of the counter-rally.
