Media : Russia requests consent from Georgia for imposing criminal liability on Yaroslav Sumbayev

Russian Investigative Committee requests consent from Georgia for imposing criminal liability on Yaroslav Sumbayev, Tass.ru has reported.

Reportedly, the Investigative Committee requests Georgian side's consent to imposing responsibility on Yaroslav Sumbaev for the murder of Eugenia Shishkina.

Eugenia Shishkina was killed on October 10, 2018 near Moscow. Yaroslav Sumbaev was arrested in Tbilisi in November 2018 on charges of involvement in the murder. He was extradited to Russia in October of 2019.
