Search works are underway in the village of Chkhuteli in Tsageri district. Rescuers are searching for two men who fell into the Tskhenistskali River channel.

According to the Emergency Management Service, only one body has been found, and two are still missing.

A vehicle moving on high speed fell into the Tskhinistskali channel last night. Reportedly, there were three men in it.

An investigation is underway under Article 276 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, involving violation of traffic safety rules or rules for operating transport.
