It is essential international organizations, including the Council of Europe, to have access to the conflict zones, in order to ensure protection of human rights, - Davit Zalkaliani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, said at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe of the Council, where he delivered a speech as Chairman of the Committee of Ministers.
