In order to create a secure environment for customers and to minimise the need for face-to-face meetings, ProCredit Bank has introduced online banking, which is unprecedented in the Georgian banking sector.

Banking services have moved to the Internet. What does this mean for customers?

  • Services that in the past required clients to go to the branch office are now available at ProCredit Direct
  • Open an account online without going tothe bank –all in just a few minutes
  • Distance is no longer issue for Georgians abroad − open an account online and get the services you need with onlya valid passport or ID card

These unique services are available to both existing and new customers through ProCredit Bank’s video identification process available at ProCredit Direct.

  • In order to start a video call, you will need to do the following:

  • Download the myDIRECT app (Android or iOS)
  • Fill out an application
  • Choose a quiet place at home and get comfortable
  • Have your ID card/passport and mobile phone with you
  • To ensure that the process goes smoothly, make sure you have a stable Internet connection
