Public transport halted in Georgia

Public transport have been halted from 8:00 am across the country. Maia Tskitishvili, Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure, declared the ban at the briefing yesterday.

According to her, employers will ensure the transportation of medical workers or employees of other strategic facilities.

The Minister said that travel by private car and/or taxi will be allowed from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.
