Occupied Abkhazia imposes curfew on Gali

The so-called acting President of occupied Abkhazia, Valeri Bganba, has imposed a curfew in Gali district.

According to the decree, the mentioned restricted regime will operate from 20:00 till 7:00. During the curfew, citizens are forbidden from leaving their homes. The de facto head of the Gali district imposed a curfew earlier too, on March 28, which provided for restrictions from 00:00 to 6:00 and was related to the frequent traffic on the Enguri River at that time.

On March 29, a female resident of Gali district was taken to Zugdidi hospital with signs of coronavirus. Later, she tested positive for coronavirus.
