Rustavi City Council Member tests positive for coronavirus

A member of the Rustavi City Council has tested positive for coronavirus.

The above information was confirmed to InterPressNews by Rustavi Public Health and Safe Environment Center.

The father of the member of the City Council has also tested positive for the virus, while the mother of the politician tested positive earlier today. She is an employee of the National Bank.

At the moment, part of the staff of Rustavi City Council, including members of the Council, are in self-isolation.

The building of the Rustavi City Council has been disinfected. The building is currently closed.
