Two new patients have admitted to Bochorishvili Clinic today, the clinic board chairperson Maka Sologhashvili told reports on Friday.
According to her, both cases are domestic transmission of the new coronavirus.
“A total of 18 patients are being treated in the clinic. 9 patients have been tested positive for the new coronavirus. We have to new patients, both of them were infected as a result of domestic transmission of the virus. The source of the transmission has not been identified yet,” Maka Saloghashvili said.
According to the latest data, the number of cases of coronavirus infection has increased to 148 in Georgia. 27 patients have recovered.
