Doctors have been undergoing relevant trainings for 2 months already and they are perfectly ready, Minister of Health Ekaterine Tikaradze said at a briefing on Friday.

According to her, the primary health care system is ready to deal with the current situation.

"The primary health care system is ready, it is worth to mention the 112 service, which will be connected to primary health care. It is already working on its test regime and is already operating successfully in Tbilisi. Doctors have been undergoing relevant training for more than two months, so we can say that they are perfectly ready, but we will constantly monitor to prevent any misconduct, which may be risky, ”Minister Tikaradze said.
