Foreign Minister: Two more flights will be operated to allow Georgian citizens to return to Georgia

According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Davit Zalkaliani, two more flights will be operated to allow Georgian citizens to return to Georgia.

As Zalkaliani said after the meeting of the Coordination Council, the Tbilisi-Barcelona-Tbilisi and Tbilisi-Warsaw-Tbilisi flights will be operated on April 24 and 27.

“As a result of our ongoing consultations, it was decided to add two more flights. Tbilisi-Barcelona-Tbilisi and Tbilisi-Warsaw-Tbilisi flights will be operated on April 24 and 27. Of course, these flights will be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization. Tickets will be on sale for 2 days before the flight date. We will continue to gradually return our citizens in the future too. Today, about 5,000 Georgian citizens have returned to their homeland and this process will continue in accordance with rules,"- said the Minister.
