Today, the whole world is facing a global pandemic and the professionalism of Georgian doctors is especially noteworthy in this fight, Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakahria wrote on his Facebook post, dedicated to the World Health Day.

"Today is the World Health Day. The whole world is facing a global pandemic, and no matter how much strong economy does a certain country host, we all have a difficult struggle to save people's lives and health. Today, all countries and people are equal before this problem. Of course, through joint efforts, selfless work and professionalism of Georgian doctors, we will overcome this challenge, will win and do our best to return to the usual rhythm of life as soon as possible. Let’s take care not only of ourselves but also of our parents, family and loved ones. Take care of our heroic doctors who are selflessly fighting for our health today. Stay at home!“ said the Prime Minister.
