The second case of novel coronavirus has been confirmed in Khidiskuri village, Khashuri municipality, where a young woman tested positive for the novel coronavirus yesterday.

Reportedly, the new patient has been in contact with the infected woman.

“The first case of coronavirus was confirmed in Khidiskuri village yesterday. Nine samples have been sent to the laboratory and one have tested positive for Covid-19. Police officers are controlling the village entrances,” Gigi Khojevanishvili, governor of the Kartli said.
