Cemeteries to be shut down in Georgia from today

All cemeteries in Georgia will be closed from today, the Administration of the Government of Georgia said, responding to the citizens’ questions.

According to the government’s decision, in order to prevent further spread of the coronavirus (COVIS-19), within the framework of the state of emergency in the country, restrictions will be imposed on all cemeteries in Georgia.

The restrictions do not imply to visiting the cemeteries to attend burial ceremonies.
