Vladimir Zhirinovsky calls on government to test coronavirus vaccine on prisoners

Vladimir Zhirinovsky, leader of Russia's Liberal Democratic Party, calls on the government to test the coronavirus vaccine on the prisoners after it will be developed. He thinks that the vaccination should be voluntary and if the inmates agree, their sentence should be reduced twice.

"If you elect me as President in 2024, I am ready to allow you to test any medication on me," Zhirinovsky said.

According to Russian media reports, 14 vaccines against coronavirus are currently being developed across the country.
