Russian Federation reported 8855 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 458 689.

According to the Russian Operative Office against COVID, 197 more people have died of coronavirus, bringing the total number to 5 725.

As for the recoveries, the number amounts to 221 338.
