The de-facto president of the occupied Tskhinvali, Anatoly Bibilov congratulated the "Russia Day" to Vladimir Putin.
"The people of South Ossetia ascribe the survival from 2008 developments, successes during our revival and hopes for a better future to the name of Russia", - it is said in Bibilov's salutatory letter.
According to the de-facto president, "Russia will always remain a center of attraction for the Ossetian people".
"South Ossetia will do everything at its disposal in order to strengthen strategic cooperation, partnership and friendship with Russia. Russia will always remain a center of attraction for the Ossetian people", - noted Bibilov.
